Am I able to cancel my order?

  • Due to our fulfillment protocol, we are unable to cancel orders once they are placed. Each order is automatically fulfilled upon completion of checkout. If for some reason you absolutely must cancel your order, it will be at the expense of your standard shipping rate and a one time $5.00 fee and your request must be received prior to shipment.

Do you ship worldwide?

  • Yes, we do ship worldwide!
Only part of my order was shipped.  Where is the rest?
  • We want you to have your A Little Something items as quickly as possible!  To avoid delaying your Merch, we split orders and ship items as they become available. 

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    • Once you place your order, there will be a 1-4 day processing period (always) followed by a 5-7 business day shipping period, at our worst!  Christmas sweater orders placed before December __, 2017 WILL ARRIVE BEFORE CHRISTMAS DAY. 

    May I get a tracking number?

    • Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (1-4 days). Email: support@alittlesomethingshop.com with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number. 

    Where can I track my order?

    Will you email me when my order is shipped out?

    • Yes! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched. 

    How can I pay?

    • We currently accept both PayPal and credit card payments! You do not need a PayPal account to pay. 

    What happens if I type in the wrong address?

      • If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at support@alittlesomethingshop.com & we will change it to the correct address if it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!

    Taxes & Duties:

    • We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
